Phase one was quite a painful experience. All wireways installed for the original special systems were either too small, crushed, blocked or lost in walls or underground. If properly designed and installed wireways and conduit should need minimal changes to upgrade with improvements in technology over decades of use. While adding infrastructure to cross the finished driveway we took advantage to repair an erosion problem that was dislocating finished pavers. Simple and proper PVC pipes put in the ground during construction could have saved most of this work.
