This is our Preliminary Camera Location Survey for a residence with less than 2 year old, pre-existing premises monitoring and alarm systems. The residence was broken into from the most vulnerable point on the property. The previous contractor had provided no monitoring of that area. There was no protection on the window used to enter the residence. The owner and Artzen Consulting believe that it was an inside job but also feel if the area would have been properly protected there would have been, at minimum, video evidence of the crime and ultimately there would have been no entry into the residence. Phase 1 of our premises monitoring system will provide 200% coverage of the property perimeter. Basically anyone that moves onto the property will be instantly caught on camera from a minimum of 2 directions. We are using the most advanced, server based, ip camera software. Recordings from all cameras archive with a time code allowing perfect sync when playing back recorded motion events.
